1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tp444 ("tp444", "we", "our", "us"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://tp444.app. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the tp444 platform — including the website, any associated mobile interfaces, and all games, betting markets, or payment services available therein — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

By registering and using tp444, you warrant and represent that:

tp444 employs age verification procedures as part of the account registration and withdrawal process. If at any point tp444 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, tp444 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and investigate the matter further. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited and the deposited funds returned to the original payment source where technically possible.

3 Account Registration & Verification

The creation of duplicate, secondary, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the tp444 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tp444 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Available methods may vary based on your location and account verification status.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction;
• Deposits are generally credited to your tp444 balance instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation from the payment provider;
• tp444 does not charge any fees for processing deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees;
• You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
• tp444 reserves the right to reject or reverse a deposit if it is found to have been made using a payment method not belonging to the account holder.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction;
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your tp444 account;
• Most bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within minutes to a few hours of approval;
• tp444 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts;
• Withdrawals to bank accounts (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution's processing times;
• tp444 does not charge withdrawal fees; processing charges imposed by payment providers are the responsibility of the player.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

tp444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit on tp444 may be eligible for a welcome bonus of 100% up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the first deposit must meet the minimum promotional deposit threshold stated in the active welcome offer terms at the time of registration. The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the combined value of the bonus amount and the deposit amount, unless a different multiplier is specified;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are completed will be removed from the account along with any associated winnings;

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

tp444 provides access to casino games, live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and sports betting markets. All games available on the tp444 platform — including those powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time physical dealing by trained professional dealers. The outcomes of all games are independent, random, and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action outside of standard gameplay.

Sports Betting Rules

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, tp444 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the staked amount to the player's account. tp444 will not honour winnings or payouts that result from a clearly erroneous game outcome caused by a software or connectivity fault. All decisions made by tp444 in relation to technical malfunctions are final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tp444 platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games, place bets, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner;
• Engaging in match-fixing, sports manipulation, insider betting, or any form of corrupt betting activity;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any tp444 game or system for financial gain;
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to make deposits;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds from illegal sources or structuring transactions to conceal their origin;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tp444 support staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to access another player's account or to obtain another player's personal or financial information without their consent;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after using the deposited funds for gambling activity.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

tp444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete required KYC verification within a stipulated timeframe, or a player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under the tp444 Responsible Gaming Policy.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your tp444 account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of your closure request, tp444 will process any eligible remaining balance to your registered payment method before closing the account, provided all outstanding wagering requirements and verification obligations have been met.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to restrict their access to tp444 for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period or permanent self-exclusion via the account dashboard or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and no deposits, bets, or logins will be permitted. Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary, requested, or enforced — all active bonuses and associated bonus balances will be immediately forfeited. Any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of forfeitable amounts will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, except where the account has been closed due to confirmed fraud, breach of Terms, or money laundering concerns, in which case funds may be withheld pending investigation.
